i.ve contacted ecutek but i thorght i would ask on the forem anyway,My car is a 2007 2.5 wrx and when i start the deltadash software my interior light comes on, not when i plug it in and i tried usb first and obd first nothing happens untill i start the software. Has anyone else had anything simular happen -- the rest of the software works perfectly and the digital input for the interior light shows it to be off
i have tried 3 different laptops to rule mine out

lol, and i thought it was just me!

this has always happend to me with flash 2004, never told ecutek, just switched the light off.

This is a common matter with the MY07 and flash 2004. I always face the same problem. Just ignore it.

First many thanks for the promt reply from both of you
I understand its a small problem and yes i could just turn the light off ==However !!
If we report these things the product can be improved which is benifical to both the customer and the seller
What car are you driving steve,mine is on a 2007 plate and i see seps is also my07, i only ask because had a friend around today with a 2003 sti -- it worked perfectly on his -- i have a sneaky feeling that my ecu is not fully supported, or software has minor bugs in it
anyway as i said i am ringing ben tomorrow to pass on the info i collected today and we will see how we go from there, will be sure to post results on here

hi martyn,

i run a subaru tuning business so drive more than 10 different ones a week!

this problem is only on cars after 06 with flash2004.

gave ben at ecutek a ring -- 18 march--he assures me they are now aware of it and will be working on a fix and to check back around every 30 days
